You're stressed. I'm stressed. We're all stressed in New Jersey. And we're among the most stressed out states in the country. Congratulations to us.

A study was done last year by Movoto, a real estate blog, and it determined that only two state in America were more stressed than we are in the Garden State. They used criteria such as population density, hours worked, housing costs and percentage of population without health insurance among other things.

It's no surprise that the top reasons for our stress lie in the population density and income spent on housing, both of which we rank...you guessed it...#1. We also boast the third longest average commute in the nation.

I have to say, I give us a lot of credit. With all that we're up against in this state, we manage to be pretty nice people for the most part, right? Stressed, definitely, but still pretty nice.

By the way, the only two states more stressed than we are...Georgia (#2), and Florida at #1.
