Maybe we are a bit more stressed out than we all realized.

According to a study, New Jersey ranks NUMBER #1 -- as in is the MOST stressed out state in the entire country so maybe we have some self-reflecting to do. New York is not even as stressed us -- HOW?!

There were a few pieces of criteria used to measure just how stressed a state was and they are long commute times, unemployment, hours worked, population density, home price to income ratio, and percent uninsured population.

To put it simply, anytime any of these factors were higher than usual, so was the level of the resident's stress.

So maybe its time for the Garden State to take a few deep breathes before checking out the original article at NJ.com.
