Noodles & Company announced this week that malware was found on company computer systems that left some customers' payment information vulnerable.

The stolen information includes the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Luckily, the Jersey Shore Noodles & Company location at Monmouth Mall in Eatontown was not affected by the breach.

However, if you visited the restaurant in Clark between January 2nd and June 4th, 2016, you should check your debit and credit card statements for suspicious charges, and be sure to report them to your card company.

They have set up a dedicated phone number for customers with questions or concerns about the security breach. You can call 888-849-1067 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) for assistance.

They add on their website that this particular security breach has been corrected, saying, "Credit and debit cards used at the affected locations identified are no longer at risk from the malware involved in this incident. Guests can safely use their credit and debit cards at Noodles & Company locations."

...or maybe just use cash for now.
