My inner fangirl showed up in full force this week as early 2000s boy band O-Town stopped by the studio to co-host the Flashback Cafe and talk about their reunion and new music!

The band first hit the scene on the 2000 show Making the Band. Their best-known songs are 'Liquid Dreams' and 'All or Nothing' (and my personal fave, 'These Are the Days.') Last year, the guys decided to get the group back together, though this time around they are a quartet -- Ashley Parker Angel decided not to rejoin.

This week Jacob Underwood, Erik-Michael Estrada, Dan Miller, and Trevor Penick came to hang out, talk old-school TV, and discuss their new music!

They were a ton of fun to hang out with, and you can tell they love what they do.

Some super memorable moments were when Trevor showed off his neon green fanny pack, they gathered around to watch the video of 'The Carlton Dance' on DWTS, and talking about their love of Saved by the Bell and growing up in the 90s.

Their new album Lines & Circles is out now, and they played a gig last at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, and playing again in Philly on Sunday.

Here's a clip of them playing last night!
