One Direction reached new heights as they filmed the video for the title track from their new album 'Midnight Memories.'

The boys (who, by the way, will not be sued by Def Leppard over sonic similarities between their songs!), shot scenes from the video while atop the Tower Bridge in London. They were waaay up there.

The 1D boys were perched on a high ledge on Saturday, Dec. 21, as they filmed. The bridge is emblematic of London and is rather iconic, as it sits above the River Thames. We bet the boys were extra careful while shooting, since they were so high up!

See the photo of Niall Horan and Harry Styles while on the bridge here, but if you are squeamish about heights, you may want to think twice about looking. Niall and Hazza are flashing brilliant smiles, so they don't look terrified about being high up. They're pros who dealt with an occupational hazard.
