Only In New Jersey: Santa Or Starbucks?

I was looking at Center Court at Freehold Raceway Mall this past Friday morning during our live Black Friday show, and I decided to take a picture. It wasn't until later that I realized that I had captured a moment that can only happen in New Jersey.

If you look at the picture, you can see Santa in the lower left, and Starbucks on the right. There are about 30 people on the Starbucks line, and absolutely no one is waiting for Santa. Where else on Earth would people have the nerve, to say, "Not yet, I didn;t have my coffee" to Santa Claus?? Only in New Jersey!

Now, let's be honest. It was early morning Black Friday, and I'm sure moms and dads were getting some much needed shopping done while the kids were fast asleep, and just an hour or so later, Santa was a very very busy guy. But for that moment I loved the fact that no one can affect New Jersey before our first cup of coffee, not even the big guy!
