The Monmouth County SPCA awarded us the Golden Hydrant this past Saturday night at their annual Fur Ball, as a thank you for helping to get so many pets adopted! But there are still simple ways that YOU can help!

One Bowl at a Time is the motto for the Mobile Pet Food Pantry at the Monmouth County SPCA. They established it after the hurricane to provide food and supplies to displaced families in need of finding a way to keep their pets even though they had lost their homes or belongings.

The MCSPCA continues to work at keeping people and pets together. You can drop off donations to the pet pantry seven days a week. Please make sure all dry and exotic food is not opened or expired. Here's what's needed the most:

Wet and dry dog food

Dog treats

Rawhides

Wet and dry cat food

Cat litter

Leashes and collars

Grooming supplies

Shampoo and brushes

and Exotic supplies for rabbits, hamsters and birds.

The Pet Food Pantry is located at 260 Wall Street in Eatontown. Call 732-542-0040 for more details.
