Point Morning Show Loyal Listeners Are The Best!

Meet Barbara from Tinton Falls.

I had the pleasure of meeting a long time "Lou and Liz" listener this past Friday night at a fantastic PBA fundraiser for the West Long Branch and Monmouth University Police Departments.

I was there watching my son's jazz trio perform when Barbara came over to me to introduce herself and her beautiful family to me.

Barbara is a teacher in Neptune and told me she has been listening to "Lou and Liz in the Morning" since our show began 18 years ago. In fact, she says, some mornings she sits in the parking lot at work to finish listening to one of our crazy stories before heading into the building!

Barbara remembers me changing diapers from home when Benjamin was born, and remembers every story I told about Christopher from the time he was a year old!

It's beautiful, sweet people like you, Barbara, that keep us going. I am so happy I got to meet you and hope you will keep in touch! Thanks for calling in this morning and coming on our show. I am happy your school kids will get to hear the shout out we did for them :)
