Every Thursday, the Monmouth County SPCA visits with Lou & Liz in the morning and features a pet that needs a good home!

Shirley is a 7 month old silly puppy. This beautiful black spaniel mix is a lot of fun to be around. She has a lot of energy and would do well a family who can keep up with her. She’s such a happy go lucky girl.
