Police seek public’s help locating Monmouth church vandalism suspect
Police in Monmouth Beach are hoping you can help them find the art suspect or suspects who vandalized the Church of the Precious Blood multiple times in October.
In the latest incident someone carved the blasphemous message "God is fake" in permanent marker near the entrance on Saturday October 28 between 12 and 5 pm.
In another incident someone broke a window.
In an even earlier incident a suspect left fecal matter by the stairs outside the church located on Riverdale Avenue.
Anyone with information on these incidents, or observed any suspicious or pertinent activity during that time frame is asked to MBPD Detective Peter Rechtman at 732-229-1313 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
