Crews have been working tirelessly for months to restore and rebuild the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, and all up and down the coastline.

This weekend, part of the boardwalk will finally reopen, six months after Superstorm Sandy.

Seaside Heights Chief of Police Tom Boyd confirms that the boardwalk in Seaside Heights will be open this weekend from Dupont Ave. to Webster Ave.

This includes the section with one of my favorite Seaside attractions: Lucky Leo's Arcade.

With a great weekend of weather ahead, this is such amazing news, and a great sign of things to come here at the Jersey Shore in the coming weeks!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who is helping to Restore the Shore!
