Pt. Pleasant Beach has been getting a lot of great attention lately. Elite Daily just named it one of the twelve best places for a summer weekend getaway. 

Point was also identified as one of the most underrated towns in America recently. I know what you're thinking. Don't let the secret out! While I totally understand, I'm going to spread the good news about the Jersey Shore at every opportunity.

In this latest article from Elite, Point Pleasant Beach was in good company around the country.

Bar Harbor, Maine, Reno, Nevada, Albuquerque, New Mexico and the Pacific Coast Highway in California all made the list.

Elite's quote summed it up pretty well.
