One thing is for sure. The Jersey Shore just doesn't get enough sleep. But just how much sleep are we actually getting?

We asked you that exact question in a recent survey, and the results weren't exactly surprising. A whopping 64% of Jersey Shore residents are only getting 6 hours of sleep, or to look at it another way, only 75% of the recommended amount of sleep.

To take it a step further, 91% of Jersey Shore residents are getting 7 hours or less, and 0% reported 8 hours of sleep or more. 9% of us are getting 5 hours or less each night.

You read those numbers and you start to understand why so many Jersey Shore residents are on edge. That is a serious lack of sleep. Unfortunately, it looks like until they change the length of a New Jersey day to 26 hours, there's not a lot we can do about it.
