Rook Coffee Opens in Red Bank

Just three short months after the news broke that Rook Coffee was heading to Red Bank...it's here! It's here!!

Located at 10 White St., between Broad St. and Maple Ave. in the heart of downtown Red Bank, it's a takeout-only coffee shop serving up beans roasted right here in Monmouth County -- and as of 6 a.m. this morning, they're open!

This is the 6th Rook location, with other shops in Long Branch, Little Silver, Wall, two in Oakhurst, and a Manalapan location expected to open in early 2015.

There's no espresso drinks, no hyper-sweetened frozen creations, just straight up fresh-brewed, made-to-order coffee, coffee, and more coffee. (I know it's a little cold now for iced coffee, but you HAVE to try the Cold Brew...especially the New Orleans Style!)

Rook Red Bank will be open daily from 6 a.m.-4 p.m.
