Rook Coffee to Extend Hours at Three Locations

We've all needed to get that evening caffeine buzz but had to settle for something other than Rook. Not anymore!

Rook Roasters have a reputation for listening to their customers. We told them that we want our coffee later, and now the "big" Oakhurst, Freehold, and Wall locations will stay open until 8 p.m.!

In a company press release, Rook co-founder Holly Migliaccio said

We’ve received requests ​throughout the years, and the demand for longer hours has been coming in more and more frequently. ​Our goal is to continue to keep our customers happy, so we're willing to give it a try for them.​

Other Rook locations will keep their current hours...for now. "little" Oakhurst, Long Branch,  Little Silver, Red Bank, Manalapan, Colts Neck, and Holmdel are open every day 6 a.m.–5 p.m. Rook Monmouth Medical is open Mon-Fri 6 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sat-Sun 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
