Run or Walk to Benefit the Foodbank

You're invited to run, walk, skip or crawl to benefit the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties this Saturday.

It's the Soul Focus Couch to 5K, and you can sign up any time before this fun event, or the day OF the event, which is this Saturday, Nov. 15th.

There will even be a party at the finish line for those 21+.

The run starts at 10 am and all profits will benefit the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
