A few new eateries have opened up shop this week: two in Monmouth County, and one in Ocean!

In Red Bank, legendary restauranteur Tim McLoone's latest venture, Robinson Ale House, opened earlier this week on Broad St., in the space formerly occupied by Murphy Style Grille.

Serving a range of options from typical bar snacks like wings and nachos to stout-braised short ribs and filet mignon, it definitely seems like a fun place to hang out, drink one of the plentiful beers on tap, and get a good meal. (I'm especially curious about the lunch-only grilled cheese bar!)

Across the street, Catch Seafood is opening tonight, replacing Blue Water Seafood, which has been closed for more than a year. They'll be serving up fresh fish, along with non-seafood dishes.

(And bonus: lot and curbside parking is free in Red Bank from now until Christmas! Yay for not having to feed a meter!)

In Ocean County, Buffalo Wild Wings is now open in the ShopRite plaza at the corner of Rt. 37 and Main St./Rt. 166 in Toms River, joining the new Panera Bread store.

It definitely is going to add to the traffic problem in an already congested area, but it'll be good to have another option for those in the Toms River area. Sometimes all you want is wings, beer, and TVs galore!
