Shocking News on the Ten Foods You Eat Every Day That Cause Cancer

Stop eating the following foods. Now. The bottom line is that if you don’t want you and your kids to get cancer, read this list of the foods you are buying every day in the grocery store to feed your family.

Foods from one end of the store to the other are filled with ingredients that are known cancer risks. And some of them were the things you thought were healthy! Here are ten of the most cancer-causing foods. You should never eat them again. Harsh, but true:

1. Genetically-modified organisms (GMOs). Both GMOs and the chemicals used to grow them have been show to cause rapid tumor growth. And they are everywhere, including in most things made from corn, soybeans, and canola. You can avoid them by going with certified organic, certified non-GMO, and locally-grown foods that don’t get produced with biotechnology.

2. Processed meats. This includes deli-meats, bacon, sausage, and hot dogs. They contain chemical preservatives that can cause cancer. Sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate have been linked to increased risk of colon and other forms of cancer. Choose only uncured meat products made without nitrates, and preferably from grass-fed sources.

3. Microwave popcorn. Those bags are lined with chemicals linked from everthing to infertility to tumors, liver, testicular, and pancreatic cancers. Not only that, but the popcorn itself can cause both lung damage and cancer.

4. Soda. Loaded with sugar, food chemicals, and colorings, soda literally feeds cancer cells. Common soda chemicals like caramel color have been linked to causing cancer.

5. Diet drinks and foods.Even worse than sugar-laden soda is diet soda and all of the other diet drinks and foods. More than 20 separate studies show that aspartame, one of the most common artificial sweeteners, causes a range of illnesses including birth defects and cancer. Sucralose (Splenda) saccarin and other artificial sweeteners have also been linked to causing cancer.

6. Refined ‘white’ flours. A common ingredient in processed foods. Regular consumption is linked to a 220 percent increase in breast cancer in women.High-glycemic, high carb foods in general have also been shown to quickly raise blood sugar levels, which directly feeds cancer cell growth and spread.

7. Refined sugars like fructose-rich sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) can rapidly spike insulin levels and feed the growth of cancer cells. Cancer calls have been shown to quickly and easily metabolize in refined sugar in order to spread. Cookies, cakes, pies, sodas, juices, sauces, cereals, and many other popular, mostly processed foods are loaded with HFCS and other refined sugars. And that’s why cancer is on the rise now.

8. Conventional apples, grapes, and other ‘dirty’ fruits. I always thought that buying these fruits at the store for myself and my kids was healthy! But unless these fruits are organic or verified to be pesticide-free, they could be a major cancer risk. Up to 98 percent of all conventional produce, particularly the ones on the ‘dirty’ fruits list, are contaminated with cancer-causing pesticides.

9. Farmed salmon. This is another high-risk cancer food. Farmed salmon not only lacks vitamin D, but is often contaminated with carcinogenic chemicals, PCB’s, flame retardants, pesticides, and antibiotics.

10. Hydrogenated oils. Commonly used to preserve processed foods to keep them on the store shelves longer, these oils can play a role in debilitating diseases like cancer. Some manufacturers are phasing out the use of these oils and replacing them with palm oil and other safer alternatives, but trans fats are still widely used in processed foods.
