Shocking Study Says Vast Majority Of Men Willing To Forgive An Affair

According to a recent study, over 90% of men would forgive their wife if she had an affair rather than get a divorce. That's not a typo. The actual number of men who would want a divorce after finding out their wife had an affair is 7%.

Digging into the study, according to msn.com, those same guys said the pain of finding out about the affair is one of the toughest things they've gone through. Having said that, over 90% of men in the study responded that they would want to save the marriage or indicated they weren't sure.

Look , this is a very personal decision and everyone has to do what they feel is right for them and their family, especially if children are involved. But for me, trust is the foundation that the relationship is built on. It's certainly a tough thing to recover from when that trust is broken.

The poll questioned 1500 men who had been cheated on. 71% of men said they still loved their wife after finding out about the affair, and only 4% said they no longer had feelings for their wife.
