As the Friday commute starts with a small amount of snow and some slippery road conditions, a potential for more significant snow has appeared in the Jersey Shore forecast.

Tomorrow's forecast is a tricky one, according to meteorologist Dan Zarrow, with several scenarios remaining a possibility, but as it stands now, there is the potential for another round of snow tomorrow (Saturday) could bring 1 to 4 inches of snow for Monmouth County. Ocean County could see 2 to 5 inches.

The question is how close the storm tracks to the coast, and that will of course determine the snowfall totals for our area. Dan says we are right on the edge on this snow event, so it's tough to call.
