She's self-proclaimed "Ms. Football.com, Ms. NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, Ms. Liberty and Ms. Parade. She's been featured on most every media outlet for her "crazy" displays. She's Toms River's own Sondra Fortunado.

If you live at the Shore or have ever been to a parade in Monmouth or Ocean county, you've no doubt seen this car.

According to a press release:

Sondra Fortunato started her career as a sports and promotional model many years ago.  She is known as "Miss Football,” and has been on Monday Night Football and is "Miss Big Blue” with the New York Giants Roadshow.  She holds many other titles as well such as, "Miss Superbowl City," “Miss body Beautiful,” and most recently, "Miss Liberty USA."  As "Miss Liberty, she is sanctioned by the US Troops.  In short, she is "Miss Everything."

Fortunato is most known for showing up to a 2008 Giants game wearing a tiara, fishnets, a Santa outfit, a bathing-suit bottom and high-heeled boots.

She was also carrying a suitcase full of Christmas presents and held two large signs, one reading “Go Giants” and the other saying “Have a No Guns Christmas.”

Not long into the game, Fortunato was escorted about by security who informed her signs and baggage are not allowed.

Then, she was lectured about her clothes.

"They said, 'Can't you come to the stadium dressed like a regular person?' " she said. "They said there were a lot of kids there."

She was advised to wear a sweater to games.

"I guess some ladies got jealous and complained," groused Sondra.

As the Associated Press stated:

"The New York Giants need another sack – to cover a flamboyant fan who wears skimpy outfits."

I've seen her in the store and most recently at the 2012 Belmar St. Patrick's Day Parade. 94.3 The Point was next to her in the event. Lucky us! Everyone couldn't help but stop, grab their cell phones and snap a shot or take some video. And Sondra, loves every minute of it. She truly sees any attention, whether it's being laughed at or stared at as just, attention. Good or bad, she's undeniably Ms. Attention.

To be fair, I've never met Ms. Fortunato. Maybe she's a perfectly nice person? She just seems "off" to me.

She explains herself in this video:
