WATCH: Unhappy Neptune City Restaurant Owner Throws Food at Customer

A heated argument between the owner of Neptune City's Soul on the River restaurant and a customer has gone viral on Facebook.

Keep in mind that the video below only shows part of the exchange between the two women.

New Jersey Advanced Media reports Tiffany Sharhon alleges she

went to the restaurant after waiting more than an hour for delivery only to be given under-cooked food. Sharhon described her order "as wet slimy fish and foul food with no taste."

That is when the owner who is referred to as "Mona" in the video gets irate. Sharhon reported got a $12 refund after police arrived.
