Stand Up Paddling Event for a Great Cause

Moms Rock The River is a family-friendly Stand Up Paddle event to benefit Mary's Place by the Sea this Saturday.

This one-mile Stand Up Paddle event is sponsored by Summertime Surf and will take place this Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Memorial Park in Neptune City.

In addition to the family-friendly Stand Up Paddle, there will be live music as well as a food and vendor village for the whole family.

This event is open to anyone and is great for those who have wanted to get their feet wet and try stand up paddling!

Participant Check in and registration begins at 8:30 am, with the one mile Fun Paddle starting at 10 am at Memorial Park on Riverview Avenue in Neptune City.

Entry fee is $50 if you have your own Stand Up Paddle Board, and $75 to have a board provided to you..which is first come, first reserved.

Mary's Place by the Sea, the beneficiary of this event, is a wonderful place in Ocean Grove where cancer victims can go to get some peace, love, and support. For more information on Mary's Place, CLICK HERE.
