Staple Jersey Shore Ice Cream Shop Opens New Location!
The insanely creative ice cream parlor, Coney Waffle, has opened up their fourth store in Red Bank!
The address is 13 Broad Street and the Red Bank location's hours are from Sunday to Thursday are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and then on Friday and Saturday, are 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Coney Waffle also has stores in Belmar, Pier Village, and Asbury Park and has earned their staple name from their creative ice cream dishes, sandwiches, and milkshakes that are considered an artform.
For example, their Sideshow Shake consists of ice cream with cotton candy that towers from a cup with a Chipwich and cone.
"We hired a bunch of extremely creative girls and they came up with this wild shake, and it snowballed from there," said owner, Joe D'Esposito.
Customers are able to pick the ice cream flavor, but that is the only decision that they get to make.
"Our employees take it from there, picking all the toppings. We treat them like artists," said D'Esposito.
Other insanely pretty, yet delicious creations include their Galaxy Cones, Purple Marshmallow Ice Cream Sandwiches, Shark Attacks, and emoji chips.
This is great news for ice cream lovers but maybe not the best news for our diets.
