If you're looking for a sure sign of spring, here's one for you. Baseball that counts starts today for the Mets at CitiField. The Yankees will kick off their season tomorrow and the BlueClaws get started Thursday.

The Yankees home opener is next Monday against the Baltimore Orioles, while the first BlueClaws game at FirstEnergy Park will take place Thursday April 10th Vs. Hagerstown.

You don't have to be a big baseball fan to appreciate Opening Day. It's a sign of the weather changing, as well as an opportunity to have some great family time outdoors. Yes, we can actually begin enjoying the outdoors again!

And for me, as a Mets fan, Opening Day holds a special meaning for me. it's the only day of the baseball season when the Mets are guaranteed to be in first place, at least for a few hours!
