Experts at eatingwell.com say there are certain foods and aromas that can actually help relieve stress. For example, take a nibble of chocolate or breathe in the scent of a freshly cracked coconut. If you sniff a green apple, experts say it might help a headache. This is a very stressful time of year, so maybe it's worth a try. Anything that helps would be a good thing, but I'm not sure it'll be enough.
