Tuck got the bracelet from Middletown boy Evan Sullivano, who was battling Leukemia. Justin and Evan met through the Ashley Lauren Foundation and became great friends. When Evan lost his battle to leukemia, Tuck vowed to never take the bracelet off...and he hasn't. You probably saw it several times during the Super Bowl.
