The cost for everything seems to be going up. Every day you are seeing friends and family members post on social media that it’s taking an extraordinary amount of money to fill up their gas tank.

I love it when someone has a vision and takes action to go after their dream! This local Asbury Park entrepreneur is no exception. Meet Neil Narcisse, an impromptu, self-made chef and the creator of the new local favorite hot sauce known as Shore Sauce! Look out Frank's because we already want to put this all natural hot sauce on EVERYTHING!

It was a favorite that my wife and I loved to go and browse and now we are losing them. Pier One was a great store to go and browse and see if you could find a unique item for the home.

It was in business for nearly 25 years on Brick Blvd in Brick Township, But earlier this year the Boston Market said farewell to Brick and closed its doors for good, leaving many hungry for Boston Market in the Brick area.

So as I drove around Ocean County this week, I noticed a vacant store with a sign which read “Available All Uses Considered”. This particular location is located on Fischer Blvd. in the Bellecrest Plaza in East Toms River

So I was thinking that we have many former business locations here in Ocean County that are now empty and if we open a conversation about what might be a good solution to filling some, it might open ideas for new businesses and employment locally.
