In what can only be described as a scary, intense, and downright crazy week in the news, I can't recall the last time I felt such a mix of emotion.
And I know I'm not the only one.
There are reports that an arrest has been made in regards to Monday's horrific bombings at the Boston Marathon.
Granted, any suspect is innocent until proven otherwise, but if that person does turn out to be responsible, what should the punishment be?
Talk about kicking people when they're down. A local man is in police custody, accused of despicable crimes against people who had already experienced devastation.

The U.S. Coast Guard is offering a reward for information about the person or people responsible for yesterday's false distress call about a boat explosion off the coast of Sandy Hook.
And they've just upped the ante.
