It's our annual morning show live from The Atlantic Club in Manasquan and we want to meet you and your kids as we raise money --  and food! -- for Fulfill.

The former bookkeeper for The Atlantic Club in Manasquan could spend up to five years in prison after being indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury for embezzlement.

Hopping on a plane to a place where literally hundred of thousands have taken over the city for the NFL Draft seemed like a crazy idea to me...but I went for a completely different (and worthy) reason.

It's called Cardio Caliente and Eduardo doesn't disappoint!

This is a fun class, whether you take it morning or night, because of the instructors!

I thought Yoga would be something to fear. I thought I'd have to stand on my head. But then I found out I could start off with a more relaxing kind of yoga.

Pounding drumsticks on the floor during a workout? I'm in!

It wasn't pretty...but I made it through the workout! Come join me for a class!
