It seems every time I'm late for something, which is about once a day, I run into a traffic problem somewhere in Monomouth and Ocean Counties. It never fails. Maybe it's construction, an accident, long traffic lights or just bad driving. Something is always in our way. Lots of people, lots of cars and not enough lanes. And then there's summer traffic!
