The man filming the video, Derrick Hurtt told NBC news he was about 250 yards away from the scene and that his daughter Khloey has her full hearing back.

Hundreds have been reported injured, with between 5 and 15 fatalities reported. Many of the injured are first responders and emergency personnel.

Many nearby homes and buildings were damaged and destroyed in the small town north of Waco.

The area was evacuated due to toxic fumes from the massive blaze and the potential for secondary explosions. A Waco police sergeant told ABC News that the air quality is not an issue.

The fire is reportedly now under control.
