The Gentle Giant

Our Point Pet of the Week stray is an interesting mix and such a love. Can you give him a forever home?

Wally is an AmStaff/Boxer/Cane Corso mix who was found as a stray and brought to the Monmouth County SPCA.

He has made lots of friends there, and especially loves when he gets to go on car rides. Some of his best friends, both volunteers and staff, have taken him on some great outings to the park and the pet store to pick out some toys and treats of his own.

Wally has been called a gentle giant since he has such a laid back demeanor when he is relaxing and taking in the scenery.

This precious dog is about 2-years old and is smart -- he knows his basic commands. Wally also enjoys a nice massage and cuddling session with his friends...he is a real snuggler!

Wally is staying at the Eatontown location of the MCSPCA at 260 Wall Street. You can meet this sweet boy 7 days a week from Noon - 5 pm.

Also, the MCSPCA will be holding their annual Home for the Holidays event on Saturday, Dec. 5th, and Sunday, Dec. 6th, from Noon - 5 pm. There will be pictures with Santa, craft vendors, a bake sale, a basket auction, and more, all at the Eatontown location.

Please bring a can or small bag of pet food as your entry donation to this event. And, if you adopt during the event hours, your new animal will get a picture with Santa!
