You don't have to feel totally guilty if you want to eat some of your favorite fast food!

McDonald's actually has some great stuff that is under 400 calories, which you can now check out on a chard called "Favorites Under 400 Calories."

The list is divided into foods less than 400, 300, 200 and 100 calories.

So, for 370 calories, you can go ahead and have that sausage McMuffin for breakfast.

For 380 calories, you can have a medium size order of fries...and that's a pretty big order!

Hash browns are just 150 calories.

And if you want to go to McDonalds and tease yourself while you're on an extreme diet, a side salad without dressing is only 20 calories.

I know we're supposed to always eat totally healthfully, but if you ARE going to splurge...take the egg mcmuffin...and enjoy it!
