I want to thank all of the parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles who brought close to a hundred children to the mall this past Saturday for a day of fun. And we'll do it again next month with even more fun and prizes! Here's how you get in:

Free prizes from 94.3 The Point! Free carousel rides! Arts and crafts! Breakfast goodies! Special guests! And lots and lots of other kids to play with!

These are just a few of the reasons to come to the Freehold Raceway Mall Kid's Breakfast, hosted by 94.3 The Point, the first Saturday morning of every month all year long in the food court from 9 am - 10:30 am.

This past Saturday, Yosi stopped by to give a kids' concert. There was dancing, singing, limbo, and great fun! And the kids also made very artistic Father's Day cards to give to Dad on his special day.

National Geographic Kids also sponsors the Kid's Breakfast, with crafts, books, and fun each month.

And nothing beats the play area, riding the carousel as much as you want, and your child hearing his or her name called over the microphone when they win a prize from 94.3 The Point! (And ALL of the kids get to win!)

It's also a great opportunity for parents to relax and just watch their kids be entertained, while meeting other kids and their parents, too!

This is a great way to start off your day if you have kids around the ages of 1 - 8 years old. We even get some older siblings coming to hang out with their younger brother and sister, and sometimes whole families gathered around tables just enjoying the festive atmosphere and music over breakfast.

So how can you get your kids in? Very easily! All you need to do is show up on the morning of the event at 9 am (again...first Saturday of every month, even holiday weekends) and come up to the sign-in table to register your kids. Free!

Some of the activities from past kids breakfasts have included visits from animals from the Homeward Bound Adoption Center of the Monmouth County SPCA (located on the lower level of the mall), visits from Santa and the Easter Bunny, concert performers, Insectropolis, game day, and so much more! Hope to see you there for this giant playdate! You'll want to bring your kids every month. My boys have grown up doing this and it's one of our lifelong fondest memories!
