Just about everyone deals with stress at work, but does your profession rank among the Top 10 most stressful jobs for 2016?

Ours does. Yep, broadcasters made the careercast.com  list. It's apparently the 8th most stressful job,and sure, there can be stress as a broadcaster, but when I read some of the other occupations on the list, I'm not really sure we belong there.

When you think of the work of police officers, pilots, firefighters and military personnel (4 through 1 on the list) there really is no comparison. They have life and death situations to deal with each day and should seriously be in a category all their own, in my opinion.

The rest of the Top 10 most stressful jobs in 2014 are event coordinator at #5, Public relations executive in the sixth spot, senior corporate executive at #7, broadcaster at 8, TV reporter is 9 and rounding out the top 10, taxi driver.

If you're looking for less stress, you may want to look into becoming a medical records technician, hair stylist, tenured university professor, diagnostic medical sonographer, or information security analyst. They are the least stressful jobs of 2016 listed #5 through #1.

I'm sure no that stress dominates your day no matter what your profession and your stress level won't change regardless of whether your job made the list. The Most Stressful Jobs list is not a list you necessarily want to make. But mine did make it and I feel bad now. All this time I blamed Liz for the stress.
