For a fleeting few minutes, co-workers mistakenly thought they had won the Powerball jackpot after Saturday's drawing.

The workers from Grissini Ristorante in Englewood Cliffs thought one of their tickets matched the winning numbers on the Powerball website. The problem was the Saturday drawing ticket matched the previous Wednesday's winning numbers, not Saturday's, according to nj.com.

There was a brief celebration before the mishap was realized, during which there was kissing, hugging and "pandemonium" according to the article. One worker even quit before realizing the ticket wasn't truly a winner. The restaurant's marketing director says it's not a publicity stunt, although she didn't rule out the possibility that someone was playing a joke on the co-workers.

There can only be one thing worse than not winning the lottery, and that's thinking you won it and finding out you didn't. That is the literally the ultimate in a roller coaster of emotions. Can you even imagine? It is like your own personal Steve Harvey moment.

The whole episode is documented on the Grissini Ristorante Facebook page.
