Today is the big day for Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino.

Today The Situation reports to a federal prison in Orange County, New York for his eight month sentence for tax evasion.

Now Mike may not have won over the judge when he plead guilty back in 2018 but man, does this reality star know how to work all the angles.

On top of that, on the Situation's online store he is

selling "Free Sitch" T-Shirts for $24.99 each.

(Hoping for an early departure before it is even started? Not the best beginning in a judge's eyes if you ask me)

But he is holding his head up high and taking it like a champ with one of his most recent tweet captions being "The comeback is always greater than the Setback" which I can truly respect. There really is no other way to go about this life event.

If all goes as planned, The Situation should be released in October of 2019 so keep your fingers crossed for his new wife, Lauren Pesce (Sorrentino?).
