You can adopt this beautiful Lab mix that was saved by the Monmouth County SPCA. Here's her story and video.

Meet our beautiful Point Pet of the Week. Tory is about a year old. The Monmouth County SPCA (MCSPCA) saved her from a shelter in South Carolina.

She is a petite Lab mix that was quite frightened by all the changes and transportation of getting to NJ, so a wonderful volunteer from the MCSPCA took her home and turned her back into a happy girl.

Tory is so loving and thoroughly enjoys it when you pet her. She is sweet with humans, as well as other dogs and cats.

Her best forever home would have a calm environment with dog siblings to run and play with. Tory is still nervous around small children, so it would be better if she settles into a quieter household.

Tory is still at her foster home, so if you'd like to meet her, call the MCSPCA (732-542-5962) and they will make sure Tory is there when you come in to meet her!

Also, this Saturday (Feb. 7th), from 11 am - 3 pm, the MCSPCA will be at the Middletown Petco for a special pre-Valentine's Day adoption event. The MCSPCA has invited their friends at the Associated Humane Society of Tinton Falls to come in, too, to try to help as many dogs and cats find homes as possible!

The Middletown Petco is at 1391 Rt. 35 between Greenoak Blvd and Harmony Road/Kings Highway. (732-671-6815).

And a big thank you to our listeners....we are four for four on adoptions this year from our Point Pets of the Week. Last week's pet, Doogie, has found his forever home, after two years at the MCSPCA, who kept him as long as it took to find his forever home. Let's keep the adoptions going! Bring some love into your home!!!
