The World Is Watching The Jersey Shore

It seems that the Memorial Day Weekend really refocused the world on the Jersey Shore. We are big news everywhere you turn.

It seemed that every national and international news outlet had a camera and a reporter at the Jersey Shore this past weekend. And then with the visit of President Obama along with Governor Christie, the cameras turned to us again.

I love the fact that the world loves us and has a genuine interest in our rebuilding process. I'm glad that the spotlight is on us. I'm proud of what we've accomplished so far. But what I'm really hoping is that all this attention gets the people who are still waiting for the help the need to get it more quickly.
