Do you work out, but don't eat first? Experts say that might be a mistake. A recent study showed that those who eat a high protein meal before a workout burn more calories during the workout than those who don't.

And speaking of workouts, the experts say don't rely on just cardio. Hitting the weight room helps your body burn calories faster and therefore helps you lose weight more quickly. also, don't be afraid to use some heavier weights, as long as you can handle them. Heavier weights with less reps actually burns more calories than lighter weights with more reps.
