This Senior Dog Needs a Loving Home

The Monmouth County SPCA says his name is Ben. He was brought to the shelter as a stray from Neptune. Sadly, no one claimed him.

Ben is a 10-year old Terrier mix but still has the energy of a young dog. He just loves long walks with shelter friends and exploring in the woods. Ben also likes jumping into a doggie playdate with his canine friends when not working on his commands ("sit" "stay" and "come".)

The MCSPCA also invites you to join them tomorrow (Fri., Jan. 18th) from 5 pm - 9 pm for their first ever Wine & Wag Event at Grape Beginnings Hands-On Winery!

Bring your (leashed & vaccinated) furry friends to the hidden oasis of Grape Beginnings, try some wine and meet some adorable adoptable animals! A $10 donation at the door will get you a glass of wine, finger foods, and tastings from their in-house wine collection!

The MCSPCA adoptable dogs will be there from 5pm-7pm to meet and mingle with! All ages can attend, but you must of course be 21+ to drink.
