This Sweet Brindle’s Owner Became Too Sick to Care for His Dog

Our Point Pet of the Week, Rocky, needs a new loving home.

The Monmouth County SPCA calls Rocky a star pupil. He is a 2 1/2 year old Terrier mix who was surrendered from Middletown when his owner became very ill.

Rocky loves nothing more than showing off his commands for his friends. Sit, paw, down, touch, roll over, and stay -- this boy has it all covered!

Rocky's human buddies at the shelter describe him as enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a lovable dog who wants nothing more than a long walk on a beautiful day and a long nap next to his new best friend.
