Three Ocean County residents are facing a laundry list of charges after Lakehurst Police found them in possession of an undisclosed amount of heroin, a number of empty wax folds of heroin and hypodermic syringes at a motor vehicle stop.

Police pulled over a white 2004 Mercury Mountaineer around 8:48 pm due to the driver failing to maintain her lane.

An on scene investigation and search of the vehicle and all occupants followed.

All parties were transported to Lakehurst Police Headquarters where they were processed following their arrest.

Cheyenne Dunphy, 27, of Whiting was charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and issued a motor vehicle summons for Failure to Maintain Lane and later released on a summons pending a mandatory court appearance.

Michael Garrigan, 32, of Jackson was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and later released on a summons pending a mandatory court appearance.

Michael Seuser of Jackson was charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was issued a summons for the charges but was then transported to Ocean County Jail on an active warrant from the OC Sheriff's Department.

The public is reminded that all criminal charges are merely accusations and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
