A really cool local place on LBI will take center stage on TV tonight!

The Emmy-nominated show (and a personal favorite of mine) "Here's the Story" features a new episode tonight called "Still Crazy After All These Years." It's brought to you by Driving Jersey and Producer Steve Rogers, who strives to entertain and inform you with episodes from around our great state!

Not only is this a great history lesson each week, but it will frequently leave you knowing things about NJ that may surprise you. This show brings NJ residents who might not otherwise be noticed into the limelight in a stunning way -- Steve's got more creativity in his little finger than most people have in their whole being.

Tonight's episode includes a visit to The Dollar Parlor in Beach Haven on its 50th anniversary. Back in the day, this store did indeed sell everything for a dollar and is a landmark in LBI. Today it is known for its quirky personality, unique items, retro toys and pranks, and, as Steve puts it, its endearingly sarcastic staff. The store has been around for so long and is a much-loved part of southern Ocean County.

Plus, tonight's episode will feature Denny Daniel's Museum of Interesting Things and some music from local artist Ryan Zimmerman.

Tonight's show premieres at 8:30 pm on NJTV (PBS) and will air several times after that. You can see the show on Comcast, Fios, and Optimum. CLICK HERE for schedule/times.

I highly encourage you to CLICK HERE to check out past episodes from Driving Jersey: Here's the Story. You'll find yourself binge-watching and then wanting to visit every single place that Steve has brought us to through this incredible show.
