Timothy Bethea, 41, of Tinton Falls and Aldaberto Vega, 35, of Eatontown were found in possession of 367 packets of heroin and 16 bags of crack-cocaine upon their arrest on June 13, 2014.

Bethea and Vega both risk up to a decade in prison with five-years parole ineligibility upon sentencing set for July 21, 2017 because both of them have previous records, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

They're both charged with Third-Degree Possession of CDS, Third-Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute and Third-Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute in a School Zone.

They were found in June of 2014 sitting in a car outside the Inn with a plethora of narcotics and were acting in a suspicious manner as police approached their car.

They claimed they were just dropping off a friend and "chilling" in the parking lot.
