Update: Brick Power Outage

There was a power outage in Brick last night due to a JCP&L power station fire. Approximately 7000 customers were without power.

Update: As of late last night, only 500 customers were without power and by 2:00am, all residents had their power restored, according to shorebeat.com. The fire occurred near the intersection of Jack Martin Blvd. and Burrsville Rd.

The area near Jack Martin Blvd and Burrsville Rd. was also temporarily closed.
