Video Shows Jennifer Aniston Pregnant With Triplets

Jennifer Aniston is pregnant -- and with triplets no less!

The 43-year-old actress revealed a huge baby bump in her new ad for Smartwater. The commercial pokes fun at Aniston's mega-celebrity status and features Ryan Seacrest presenting a faux news report, where he reveals Aniston's home security tapes, which have been leaked by an unknown source -- and the footage reveals the star's biggest secrets.
 

 

The "leaked" tapes show the recently engaged actress crashing her new car in her garage and then brushing off the accident and chalking it up to the fact that she forgot to drink her Smartwater.

Next, Aniston is seen back in the kitchen where the camera catches her removing a giant band around her waist, designed to hide her growing belly.

"How are my little triplets doing? You must be so thirsty," she says as she rubs her faux baby bump, which if it were real would have tabloid editors squealing with glee.

The rest of the ad is just as silly. Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel makes an appearance as Aniston's adult son, who accuses her of being ashamed of him and his brother -- an alien -- and is made to go back in the house before someone sees them.
