Get up even earlier and you'll be happier? That's what PsychCentral says!  Apparently, giving yourself a little quite time in the house by dragging yourself out of bed before anyone else in the house does will get your day started better. It will also help you avoid the stress of rushing around all morning to get to work on time.

Listen, I'm no expert, but I'll take my chances with the extra 40 seconds of sleep I try to squeeze out of every single morning! I'll also continue to negotiate with myself in the morning to get some extra time before I crawl out of bed. Promising yourself you'll take a quick shower or you'll skip your stop at the coffee shop are great negotiating tools, even though you have no intention of doing either.  According to my math, sleep=happy, so I'm going to keep trying to get as much as possible!
