Wall Township gas station bandit sought

The man who allegedly held up a Wall Township gas station at gunpoint Tuesday night is on the loose, but he didn't escape a surveillance camera.

Wall Township police urge anyone who recognizes the suspect to reach their detective bureau.

Police were responded to the Exxon service station on Route 35 at 18th Avenue at about 8 PM.

According to investigators, the suspect brandished a silver handgun, demanded cash, and then drove off in a silver-colored, mid-sized sport utility vehicle.
